Clear Sight Care provides support to people living with complex mental health needs, empowering residents to regain control of their lives and gain the skills and confidence to move on to independent living where appropriate.
Our Specialities
Clear Sight Care have various supported care homes that vary in size and range of facilities, which are specifically designed for different clients’ needs. Clear Sight Care provide high quality, individualised 24-hours care and expert support offering access to wide range of therapeutic activities. We aim to gear residents towards a greater level of personal independence.
Dementia
At Clear Sight Care we help and support people with dementia to continue to live independently.
Our carers are trained to help individuals thrive whilst living in the local community, helping and supporting those living with dementia.

24 hour supported
Our 24 hour supported Care service is an extremely viable alternative to a care home, as we offer one-to-one highly personalised, flexible care and support in the comfortable and familiar surroundings of your own home.
Mental Health condtions
Our carers are fully equipped to help you, and those closest to you, manage the challenges a mental illness diagnosis can bring. We appreciate everyone’s experience of mental illness is different, and we cater to each individual’s specific requirements.
Learning disabilities
We offer a wide range of specialist residential and community-based services for adults with a learning disability. This allows us to tailor our support to perfectly match individual’s needs and choices. Through unique person-centred plans, all our services promote life skills, enabling the people we support to live more independently and fulfil their goals and ambitions.
Physical Disability
All our carers are expertly trained in a many of the skills involved in physical disability care including managing medicines and the correct process of moving a patient safely and appropriately.
Sensory impairments
Sensory impairment can lead to feelings of isolation and frustration, which can in-turn result in further health problems such as anxiety and depression. Our carers are familiar with the issues caused by a loss of a sense and understand the benefits of a considered approach to care planning and delivery.
Caring for adults 65 yrs +
We provide homecare for elderly people, in their own homes. Whether you, or a family member, needs a little extra help around the house, Clear Sight Care can support you. Our staff provide assistance at any part of the day, full 24-hour support
Companionship
We believe that companionship is important and recognise that whilst completing daily activities, having a friendly and trusted supoprt worker to talk to can really put a smile on someone’s face. Companionship can have huge benefits to the mental and physical health and wellbeing of a person. Social interaction can be an important factor in preventing isolation and loneliness.
Short Stay Care
The perfect environment for a short stay or period of time peace of mind that care is available on-site 24-hours a day should it be needed.
